Rowdy went to Sulphur Springs today to get whey from a dairy there. It's to be spread on our lime-deficient pastures. So anyway, once he was loaded, he noticed his tires were bulging under the strain! Oh, no! He wasn't even sure he could get to a gas station to add more air. But then, upon looking around, he saw a man repairing a tire on an 18-wheeler, right there in the same parking lot. He was glad to loan Rowdy the air compressor! Thank You, Lord!
As he was driving home, a strap came undone and one of the empty 55 gal. barrels fell off. He was in construction and it took him a while to get pulled over. Apparently it had bounced against a fertilizer truck, which pulled over about a mile behind Rowdy. When Rowdy got turned around and went back, the barrel was nowhere to be found. I guess the guy took it! But at least it didn't cause an accident. And it was only a $3.00 loss. LOL
